ZUMBA DANCE FUSION

Eclectic, upbeat, dynamic class that makes you wanna jam!

CARDIO STRENGTH & STABILITY

This class starts with an upbeat warm up, strength training with step, bands and dumbbells. Cardio and stability training (physio ball) throughout burn calories and fat in those unwanted areas! Abs and glutes top off this awesome workout!

SILVER SENIORS

Fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity. Increases strength, cardio, balance, coordination and stamina. Unlock the door to a greater independence and a healthier lifestyle. All levels welcomed.

TAI CHI

Total body workout using slow, specially coordinated body movements to achieve a state of relaxation of both body and mind.

Class Descriptions

Chair Yoga: Get FIT from where you SIT! Experience the benefits of Yoga from the comfort of your chair!  This class is for everybody, even those who, due to age, inflexibility, or injury need to practice from a chair.  The class combines several yoga styles specifically tailored for older adults, or anyone who is not a pretzel. Improve your balance, flexibility, and learn breathing techniques to reduce stress and improve your overall wellbeing.  1 Hr. 

Core Mat Yoga:  Are you a fan of Pilates? Try our new Core Mat Yoga class. With core strengthening and abdominal toning, this class will alternate active core building with passive stretching to slim and firm your waistline. Gain awareness of your center, balance, and strength for better digestive health and physical well-being. All levels are welcome as many modifications are given throughout the course of the class.  1 Hr.

Restorative Yoga: This all-levels, all-ages yoga class will focus on deep stretching, breathing, and relaxation. The class will consist mostly of low-impact floor work as soothing music allows you to turn inward. Tune into your body and find your inner calm and flexibility.  1 Hr. 

Silver Seniors:  Fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity.  Increases strength, cardio, balance, co-ordination and stamina. Unlock the door to a greater independence and a healthier lifestyle.  All levels welcomed.  45 Min.

STRONG (cardio) Vinyasa Yoga:  Focus is on balance, power, fluidity, flexibility and alignment. Vinyasa frees the body of impurities like stiffness and muscle tension, leaving practitioners feeling clear, clean and energized.  All levels welcomed.  1 Hr. 

Strong Silver Fit:  Designed for the agile and spry seniors who are still high-stepping through life. This is a fast-paced class that will focus on a culmination of strength, stability, flexibility, balance, conditioning, and coordination using free weights, medicine balls, kettlebells, bands, and more. 45 mins

Sweet Vinyasa Yoga:
This all-levels flow class will link your breath through a series of slow moving postures to create strength as well as flexibility. The fundamentals of alignment are explored with plenty of options for the beginner or intermediate yogi.  1 Hr. 

Tai Chi Gong:
  Total body workout using slow, specially coordinated body movements to achieve a state of relaxation of both body and mind.  All levels welcomed.  1 Hr. 

Zumba Fusion
:  This class is carefully choreographed to eclectic, upbeat, dynamic music that makes you want to jam! It is excellent exercise for the body and mind. No experience is necessary.
